Ok, I am about to smack my forehead because once again I finished an Epic Mission Arc and once again did I not receive any faction reward to the appropriate faction that I was supporting by the end of the arc. And once again did the GM have no idea what I was petitioning about and ruled against the outcome of the last petition.
Could we please have a senior GM or somebody like it come out and spell it out (in big letters if possible) if you do receive a faction reward for completing any of the ending missions for the epic arcs, and if that is case, what faction rewards are you supposed to get?
I will refer to the Dominion patch notes which are the only source of an answer but apparently not enough.

All existent Epic Arcs, Blood Stained Stars, Penumbra, Right to Rule, Syndication, and Wilfire, will now provide faction standing bonuses associated with the chosen ending upon completion.
I want it in a public post here on the forums so I have somewhere to link the GM next tiem it happens... and of course for everybody else to know too. I bet a lot of people are being cheated out of these rewards. |

Hell, I will make it easy; I will list all the ending mission of the current epic arcs and the senior GM simple has to state which faction you will receive reward from by completing that mission or if you will receive no faction rewards at all.

Love you long time, Dropbear. Nice to see you pulling through on your promise. I will certainly bookmark this thread for further reference.
Though, if I may ask, was it in the original plans that "Home in Peace" should reward the same standing increase as the two other endings, considering that, unlike the two others, it gives no item as special reward? I am maybe missing the incitement for choosing that ending, unless the incitement is that the mission is easier and quicker to complete than the other two. It just does not add up when I look at the endings of the Minmatar epic arc.
For you readers I would like to remind you, that the standings Dropbear posted are the base rewards unmodified by your Social skill level.

My observations agree with Dropbear; when I raised my Social skill from 4 to 5 my standing reward for completing an epic arc went from 12% (10*1.2%) to 12.5% (10*1.25%).
Same thing with the SOE arc.

Ahem, what standing did you have with the Angel Cartel faction before completing the epic arc?
In our talk about base standing increase we are not taking into account the diminishing effect on effective standing increase that happens when you get closer to +10.0.
